Yoga - Cardio & Strength is a total body workout and designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with light weights and cardio. Great for all levels.

My personal wellness journey began when I started practicing Yoga. I discovered that Yoga is a practice of breath, movement and relaxation that can improve your flexibility, strength, balance and overall personal well-being. My journey evolved, and in the summer of 2018 I completed my Yoga Teacher Certification. In 2020, I became certified as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant. Mojca Strnad


I was introduced to the path of yoga by my mom and sister. It helped me so much with my move from Slovenia to the United States that I made a decision to dive deeper into the study of yoga through teacher training. Now, it is a part of my everyday life beginning my mornings with a personal practice and meditation to get myself centered for the day. I love to teach and share the knowledge of yoga with others! It's the knowledge that we all possess and only needs to be unlocked. I started my training in 2018 at 'Green Lotus' in Lakeville and continued with Devanadi for my 500RYT certification in 2020.
