Calm and Ground with Essential Oils Workshop

Restore your body and mind through a relaxing yoga practice. While connecting the healing properties of essential oils to pressure points. Using a variety of props to calm and ground. This workshop will include a guided and moving meditation, and longer held poses to create space within your body and mind. You will learn how to embrace the use of oils, bringing more ease and peace into your life. No experience needed. All levels are welcome. Space is limited, so be sure to register in advance.
My personal wellness journey began when I started practicing Yoga. I discovered that Yoga is a practice of breath, movement and relaxation that can improve your flexibility, strength, balance and overall personal well-being. My journey evolved, and in the summer of 2018 I completed my Yoga Teacher Certification. In 2020, I became certified as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant. I was introduced to the path of yoga by my mom and sister. It helped me so much with my move from Slovenia to the United States that I made a decision to dive deeper into the study of yoga through teacher training. Now, it is a part of my everyday life beginning my mornings with a personal practice and meditation to get myself centered for the day. I love to teach and share the knowledge of yoga with others! It's the knowledge that we all possess and only needs to be unlocked. I started my training in 2018 at 'Green Lotus' in Lakeville and continued with Devanadi for my 500RYT certification in 2020.
