Yoga Flow

This class incorporates movement through a series of yoga postures. Students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while exploring basic yoga poses. This class is geared to participants of all levels. Please bring a yoga mat.

My personal wellness journey began when I started practicing Yoga. I discovered that Yoga is a practice of breath, movement and relaxation that can improve your flexibility, strength, balance and overall personal well-being. My journey evolved, and in the summer of 2018 I completed my Yoga Teacher Certification. In 2020, I became certified as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant.
