Yoga 101 | A beginner's series

Fall 2024

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation to improve overall health. Explore traditional poses, balancing postures and the fundamentals of a flowing yoga practice. Work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment. Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose and build strength, flexibility and mind/body awareness. We suggest students arrive in comfortable clothing for movement and bring their own yoga mat and water. Mats are available to borrow if needed. 

Classes are held at The Yoga Tree (10th Ave NE, New Prague) | Teachers are Rita Goggins, Bill McNab and Casey Zack
