Cancellation & Confirmation

You will be notified if there is a change in the date or location of the class or if the class is filled or canceled. Registrants who supply an email address will receive a confirmation of their registration.


Refund Policy
Full refunds are given when Community Education cancels a class. Refunds (less a $5 cancellation fee) will be issued when a participant cancels a registration at least five (5) working days prior to the first day of class. A partial CE voucher may be issued at the discretion of the director for special circumstances; no refunds or vouchers will be issued for those who choose not to attend a class and do not contact Community Education in advance or in situations requiring prior purchase of tickets or supplies.

Photo Consent
Unless notified by you, photos taken during New Prague Area Community Education classes, programs and events may be used in New Prague Area Community Education brochures, pamphlets, or on the web (including social media).

Participation Waiver
By registering for classes, trips or events, you indicate that you have no physical conditions or health history that would make participation hazardous to your health; in addition you are releasing New Prague Area Community Education and other organizations, cities or individuals associated with the program from any responsibility for injuries or damages received as a result of your participation.

Inclement Weather Cancellation Notices
When bad weather or other emergencies cause cancellation of New Prague Area Schools, Community Education activities are also canceled. For information, go to www.npaschools.org, KCHK or WCCO radio, or look for TV announcements on KARE 11, WCCO, KMSP or KEYC.
