Online Virtual Class: Dungeons and Dragons, a timeless game of fantastical elements such as magic, mythical creatures, and fairies, offers great opportunities to develop problem-solving skills, team-building abilities, and creative thinking that cannot be replicated elsewhere! Start by learning its basics, creating your character, and embarking on an amazing roleplaying game. Home Technical Requirements: ● Computer: PC (Windows 10 or later) or Mac (OSX) with at least a 2GHz processor and 4GB of RAM ● Internet: Broadband internet ● Webcam, Microphone and Speakers ● Zoom Installed on Computer, zoom link will be sent before class.

on Wednesday, 9/17 & 9/24 at 6pm CST

Please review the following points:

• This class will use Zoom, a platform for video communication. If your child is unfamiliar with it, we will go over the basics at the beginning of class, but please take a moment to review the following with your child:

1. Show up a few minutes before class time.
2. Set up a location with minimal distractions.
3. Be respectful of the teacher, other students, and the learning process.
4. Listen and click on the "raise hand" button before talking if you have questions.
5. Please stay muted on Zoom unless you have been called on when the teacher is talking.

• Your student will need the following in order to fully participate in class: a computer (Windows or MacBook), webcam, microphone, speakers, and internet.

• Please have a printed or digital copy of this Character Sheet for your student to use in class. It is also recommended they have additional paper and a pencil.
