It's time to have some fun while getting a great workout! Join us in Zumba Fitness, a dance workout that requires no dance skills. Our classes are high energy, easy to follow, non-judgmental and FUN! All levels of fitness are welcome, moves can be modified to fit your needs. Participants tend to lose weight, tone their bodies, de-stress and feel better about themselves through this class. Come see what Zumba can do for you! If you have weights, you are welcome to bring them. Session 3 - July Tuesdays - July 7, 14, 21, 28 Session 4 - August Tuesdays - Aug 4, 11, 18, 25 COVID-19 has required us to make some changes to the way we have conducted classes and activities in the past. This program will follow all Minnesota Department of Health guidance for summer, including small group sizes, sanitation procedures, participant health screenings, etc. If you show any signs of illness, please stay home.
