Using a variety of props to calm and ground. This workshop will include a guided and moving meditation, and longer held poses to create space within your body and mind. You will learn how to embrace the use of oils, bringing more ease and peace into your life. No experience needed. All levels are welcome. Space is limited, so be sure to register in advance.
