Kids' Company is a before and after school program held at your child's elementary school. Kids' Company is open on all days school is in session and many non-school days.
Summer Kids' Company School age childcare is a full day, M-F program offered in Elko New Market and New Prague.
Tiny Trojans is a new full day childcare program beginning at the age of 33 months until they are age eligible to join our District Preschool and WRAP programs.
WRAP is a childcare program designed for preschool children ages 3-5, by September 1 who are also enrolled in one of our District Preschool classes.

The cheer season begins mid-August and goes until November. The team practices a few times a week and learns Trojan cheers, the school song, and other game day material. Plus, a homecoming routine, stunting, and more! The team cheers at the high school boy's football games. The team will also participate in the high school Homecoming pep fest and parade.
The team is open to New Prague students in grades 9-12. Previous cheer experience is not required.
Tryouts were July 14th-17th. **If you missed tryouts and are interested in cheering, please contact Coach Julie Smith jsmith@isd721.org for more details.
Team uniforms will be provided and need to be returned at the end of the season. Cheerleaders are expected to purchase additional cheer items, including but not limited to warmups, cheer shoes, spandex, poms, cheer bow, etc. The fee includes registration and a transportation fee ($50). This extra fee is based on the location of the away games and the number of participants each season.
Practice is located in the high school cafeteria and varies Monday-Thursday, 3:00-5:00 pm. Varsity game days are on Fridays. JV game days vary.
This online schedule includes practices only. A full season schedule will be provided to each cheerleader after registration.
The team will be expected to follow all MSHSL rules and regulations along with the guidelines outlined in the New Prague Cheerleading Handbook.
Julie has been coaching the New Prague High School Cheer Team for 8 years. Julie was a Trojan cheerleader and graduated high school in 2011. She has her bachelor's degree from Winona State University in Elementary Education and Early Childhood. Currently, Julie is a stay-at-home mom and lives in Lakeville with her husband, Garrett and their three children: Leo, Henry, Louise, and Everly.
